Description
Photograph of a flock of mallard docks standing on the ice of a frozen pond. Looks cold, doesn't it? The ducks stayed tucked into themselves, trying to stay warm but I found it interesting that they seemed so alone even though there were so many of them. I wondered why they didn't huddle together to ward off the icy winter weather. I suppose they know what they're doing though, being wild animals and all.
