Artist's Description
Pink and blue vintage art collage with an illustration of pink roses against a pale blue background with pink polka dots, and Divine Comedy in vintage type, along with some words from the poem by Dante in Italian. There is also another background of pink with floral swirls. This is a feminine collage created with vintage ephemera from the early 1900's.
About Peggy Collins
I am a digital/mixed media artist and nature photographer living on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. I'm surrounded by the ocean, forests, mountains, and abundant wildlife, and these things bring me joy that I hope finds its way into my images. When you view my work, my wish is that you feel a sense of intimacy that deepens your own connection to nature. Aside from photography, one of my passions is creating portraits of cats, dogs, and other animals. I also have growing collections of abstract landscapes, trees, flowers, and musical instruments.
