Vintage illustrations of bathing swim suits circa early 1900s, with drawings of women posing in bathing caps and hats, bathing suits and shoes and boots that were worn when swimming in the early 20th century. This is an antique ad taken from a theater magazine with black and white illustrations. I have restored this old ad, removing stains, rips and tears that detracted from the beauty of these vintage illustrations.
I am a digital/mixed media artist and nature photographer living on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. I'm surrounded by the ocean, forests, mountains, and abundant wildlife, and these things bring me joy that I hope finds its way into my images. When you view my work, my wish is that you feel a sense of intimacy that deepens your own connection to nature.
