Artwork of a Schnauzer dog in profile, the silhouette inlaid with a colorful tie dye design. The dog's design is on an off-white background with a slight watercolor paper texture. This pup's portrait is also available without the breed name at the bottom. Schnauzers are originally from Germany, and their name, loosely translated, means "whiskered snout" because of their beard.
About Peggy Collins
I am a digital/mixed media artist and nature photographer living on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. I'm surrounded by the ocean, forests, mountains, and abundant wildlife, and these things bring me joy that I hope finds its way into my images. When you view my work, my wish is that you feel a sense of intimacy that deepens your own connection to nature. Aside from photography, one of my passions is creating portraits of cats, dogs, and other animals. I also have growing collections of abstract landscapes, trees, flowers, and musical instruments.
