Blending of a photograph and digital painting of pastel blossoms in spring. To tell you the truth, I'm not sure if these are apple blossoms or cherry blossoms but I know it's definitely some kind of fruit tree! Several textures were added to give the image a more painterly look.

I am a digital/mixed media artist and nature photographer living on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. I'm surrounded by the ocean, forests, mountains, and abundant wildlife, and these things bring me joy that I hope finds its way into my images. When you view my work, my wish is that you feel a sense of intimacy that deepens your own connection to nature.
