Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

Photograph of a great blue heron (Ardea herodias) standing on a boulder covered in kelp, fishing at low tide with the ocean's water ripping through The Narrows in Madeira Park, on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, Canada. The GBH is the largest of North America's herons and a constant visitor along the ocean's shores and wetlands. Herons could frequently be seen at The Narrows in Pender Harbour, where the ocean narrows (as the name implies) and the current can be fierce. A watercolor effect has been added to my original photograph to give the image a more painterly effect.
I am a digital/mixed media artist and nature photographer living on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. I'm surrounded by the ocean, forests, mountains, and abundant wildlife, and these things bring me joy that I hope finds its way into my images. When you view my work, my wish is that you feel a sense of intimacy that deepens your own connection to nature. Aside from photography, one of my passions is creating portraits of cats, dogs, and other animals. I also have growing collections of abstract landscapes, trees, flowers, and musical instruments.
