Yes, I have flying dreams and I often wonder what it would be like to be a bird. Here's my idea of a fantasy bird, with stars on its feathers, and maybe a little stardust too, as it sails into the night sky, aiming for the highest highs just to see what's up there.
I am a digital/mixed media artist and nature photographer living on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. I'm surrounded by the ocean, forests, mountains, and abundant wildlife, and these things bring me joy that I hope finds its way into my images. When you view my work, my wish is that you feel a sense of intimacy that deepens your own connection to nature. Aside from photography, one of my passions is creating portraits of cats, dogs, and other animals. I also have growing collections of abstract landscapes, trees, flowers, and musical instruments.
