A boy Tyrannosaurus Rex meets a girl t-rex and the rest is history...it's a beastly but whimsical love story of gigantic proportions. When colorful dinosaurs roamed the earth life was a lot more interesting and also very loud when you consider the amount of roaring that went on. But dinosaurs know how to have a lot of fun and the party was always on during the Cretaceous period 68 to 66 million years ago. (This was during the Maastrichtian age, of course, but I probably don't have to tell you that.)
Day 81 - "Boy meets Girl - A T-Rex Love Story" is my entry on day 81 of Fine Art America's 100 Day Challenge to create a new work each day.
About Peggy Collins
I am a digital/mixed media artist and nature photographer living on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. I'm surrounded by the ocean, forests, mountains, and abundant wildlife, and these things bring me joy that I hope finds its way into my images. When you view my work, my wish is that you feel a sense of intimacy that deepens your own connection to nature. Aside from photography, one of my passions is creating portraits of cats, dogs, and other animals. I also have growing collections of abstract landscapes, trees, flowers, and musical instruments.
