Meet Chester, a mixed breed dog with an attitude. Trying to guess his breed? He's probably a Chocolate Labrador/Rottweiler mix. Chester wins all staring contests paws down. He is a no-nonsense kind of dog until he sees a large body water and then all bets are off. Barking at sand and sticks is one of his specialties. Chester will eat anything. He will also roll around in anything. He thinks a smelly patina adds to his charm.
I am a digital/mixed media artist and nature photographer living on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. I'm surrounded by the ocean, forests, mountains, and abundant wildlife, and these things bring me joy that I hope finds its way into my images. When you view my work, my wish is that you feel a sense of intimacy that deepens your own connection to nature. Aside from photography, one of my passions is creating portraits of cats, dogs, and other animals. I also have growing collections of abstract landscapes, trees, flowers, and musical instruments.
