Description
Squiggy the Squirrel is an avid yoga student and does a regular routine out on our back deck every morning. I've captured her here after she has already warmed up with a Salutation to the Sun...she has moved on to attempting to perfect the difficult pose, Virabhadrasna III, which is a great workout for the core.
