Artist's Description
This artwork is based on the poem, "The Rainbow Bridge", which is a memorial and a tribute to pets that have passed before us. In this colorful, saturated artwork a rainbow bridge ends in a meadow full of poppies and lavender, where two dogs romp, and a cat is perched in a blossoming cherry tree while a black cat enjoys the shade. Is a place where each beloved creature finds rest.
On this golden land, they wait and they play,
Till the Rainbow Bridge they cross over one day.
No more do they suffer, in pain or in sadness,

About Peggy Collins
I am a digital/mixed media artist and nature photographer living on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada.
