Sammy is an Olympic champion when it comes to climbing drapes and finding hiding spots where he will stay for hours while his confused owners search for him, calling his name desperately. His owners suspect that Sammy is capable of giggling to himself while this kind of scene is going on. Yes, you could say that being invisible is one of Sammy's super powers.
