Photograph of a cute squirrel in snow with a peanut in his mouth, storing up food for her winter hibernation. This is a Douglas squirrel, which is a kind of squirrel that's native to British Columbia, Canada. I named this frisky one Squiggy, and she came around my place for over three years. Squiggy is the reason I got into squirrel photography big time! This photograph would make a cute Christmas card.
