Portrait of Singa, a silver cat warrior princess, dressed in her finely detailed gold and silver armor with mother of pearl inlay. Singa is an intense little kitty who likes to dress up in her armored suit even when she has no battles to win. She is fierce and protective of her family.

This artwork is part of a series of cat warriors and cat woman warriors meant to symbolize female empowerment.

I am a digital/mixed media artist and nature photographer living on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. I'm surrounded by the ocean, forests, mountains, and abundant wildlife, and these things bring me joy that I hope finds its way into my images. When you view my work, my wish is that you feel a sense of intimacy that deepens your own connection to nature. Aside from photography, one of my passions is creating portraits of cats, dogs, and other animals. I also have growing collections of abstract landscapes, trees, flowers, and musical instruments.
