Photograph and digital painting of a flock of seagulls in flight at the beach. This photograph was taken during the herring spawn when masses of birds descend upon the seashore for an easy meal.

I am a digital/mixed media artist and nature photographer living on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. I'm surrounded by the ocean, forests, mountains, and abundant wildlife, and these things bring me joy that I hope finds its way into my images. When you view my work, my wish is that you feel a sense of intimacy that deepens your own connection to nature.
