Meet Mystic, a brown tabby cat who rules her household with an iron paw. Mystic is a no-nonsense kind of cat who bosses around the poor (but huge) family dog and sleeps in his bed whenever possible. Mystic prefers her meals to be served in the same bowls that her humans use and will usually turn up her nose otherwise. It seems she would rather starve than eat from her plastic bowl.

I am a digital/mixed media artist and nature photographer living on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. I'm surrounded by the ocean, forests, mountains, and abundant wildlife, and these things bring me joy that I hope finds its way into my images. When you view my work, my wish is that you feel a sense of intimacy that deepens your own connection to nature. Aside from photography, one of my passions is creating portraits of cats, dogs, and other animals. I also have growing collections of abstract landscapes, trees, flowers, and musical instruments.
