Colorful abstract artwork of a garden full of wildflowers growing in mass profusion, a chaos of color in red, blue, gold and turquoise. The flowers resemble my favorites, poppies, which grow wild in parts of my garden and are always spring up here and there...between cracks in pavement, or under the worse possible conditions, they don't care, they just need to bloom and bring the joy of color and wildness.

I am a digital/mixed media artist and nature photographer living on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. I'm surrounded by the ocean, forests, mountains, and abundant wildlife, and these things bring me joy that I hope finds its way into my images. When you view my work, my wish is that you feel a sense of intimacy that deepens your own connection to nature. Aside from photography, one of my passions is creating portraits of cats, dogs, and other animals. I also have growing collections of abstract landscapes, trees, flowers, and musical instruments.
