Description
Black and white photograph of a coyote slinking along a logging road that winds through open fields and a dead tree stump. The forest borders the fields and they are full of wildlife too, but the logging roads act as corridors for the animals that roam the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, Canada, where this photograph was taken. I have added a watercolor effect to the picture to give the image a more painterly quality. Coyotes are a common sight in this area (Pender Harbour) and I have experienced frequent sightings through the many years I lived in the area.
Day 2 - "Coyote - Black and White" is my entry on day two of Fine Art America's week-long challenge to create a work a day with the theme of "black and white".
