Photograph of four ravens flying against a blue green textured sky. A painted texture in tones of blue and green has been added and the edges of the photo's frame have been darkened and antiqued to give the image a painterly quality. This square format picture in dark, moody tones depicts the freedom of birds in flight.
About Peggy Collins
I am a digital/mixed media artist and nature photographer living on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. I'm surrounded by the ocean, forests, mountains, and abundant wildlife, and these things bring me joy that I hope finds its way into my images. When you view my work, my wish is that you feel a sense of intimacy that deepens your own connection to nature. Aside from photography, one of my passions is creating portraits of cats, dogs, and other animals. I also have growing collections of abstract landscapes, trees, flowers, and musical instruments.
