Photograph of two coyote pups standing at the edge of a highway with a telephone pole throwing a shadow like a cross. One young coyote is looking at the camera while the other is panting. The baby animals were photographed in the early morning light and the photograph has been processed to give it a grainy, moody quality.
About Peggy Collins
I am a digital/mixed media artist and nature photographer living on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. I'm surrounded by the ocean, forests, mountains, and abundant wildlife, and these things bring me joy that I hope finds its way into my images. When you view my work, my wish is that you feel a sense of intimacy that deepens your own connection to nature. Aside from photography, one of my passions is creating portraits of cats, dogs, and other animals. I also have growing collections of abstract landscapes, trees, flowers, and musical instruments.
