Artist's Description

Photograph of an abandoned car in the middle of the forest, surrounded by ferns and covered in moss and dead leaves. This is one of many cars I photographed in the woods of Halfmoon Bay on the Sunshine Coast in British Columbia, Canada. In the old days they just towed the cars to the middle of the forest and left them there to decay, creating a junkyard in the middle of pristine woods.
