Description
Photograph of a yellow tropical bird called a Great Kiskadee flying towards its nest in a colorful Christmas palm. The bird has a twig in its beak for the nest which is hidden in the palm leaves and red fruit of the Christmas palm. A gold painted texture has been added to the photograph to make it look like a woven tapestry. The edges of the photograph are framed with black with a thin red line running the width of the picture. This colorful and warm-toned wildlife photograph was taken in the spring time in Costa Rica. We could see many different tropical birds nesting in the trees surrounding the balcony of the eco lodge where we stayed. Besides the kiskadees there were blue grey tanagers, doves, and wrens nesting that were quite easy to see. I was in seventh heaven watching all the bird activity!
